Renew-it: Worst company ever!

So after we had the worst service ever with Renew-it in the beginning of the year its only months later that we realized how pathetic they really are. When these idiots had our car they fitted a new towbar but the idiots working there never connected the thing. Nothing not one wire! And it looks like they didnt use the right parts and now we need to order the right parts.
