Renew it randburg won't return my car!!! 2 months now and i still dont have my car!!!

Renew it Randburg is the worst place to take your car for repair. I've read a lot of reviews and turns out they treat all the clients the same. My car had a bump on its door and insurance took it in to Renew it and that was 2 months ago. They're communication is non existent unless you compain and follow up with them. My car has went through 5 steps of removing that scratch for 2 months now! My insurance sent an inspector who advised the scratch was a minor thing and i would have my car back in a matter of 3 weeks. This obviously hasn't happened, these Renew it people for some reason are now hanging on to my car and suddenly something else has been damaged and they want to put additional charges and engage insurance??? Surely 2 months is sufficient to have found the damage but they waited until i demanded to have my car to tell me there's another damage. All this is a plot to make more money from me, i still dont have my car. Their communication is the worst and there's still excuses to return MY car to me!!!! I am begging these people every single day to return my car to me and ever so careless do they not reply or send a consultant to call and tell me about damages that have been picked up now when my car is supposed to be returned to me. Ladies and gentlemen, refuse when you're insurer suggests Renew it Randburg!!!! Do not take your car in! There are other places far more efficient, helpful and not complete vultures out to make more money from you and your insurance. I have decided that the only way is to report this with my insurance and the saps, at the very least something needs to change. Either they must close that shop down because of their constant failure to keep customers happy and at ease about their vehicles. I have since received 3 messages from tracker about my battery dying so i can already imagine the issues im going to have with my car once its back. Yes, they use customer vehicles for their own use. Otherwise why is my car being held for more than the turn around time over a scratch??? Why is tracker sending sms about my battery?? There is something wrong and ***** going on there, take it from us who are suffering from the service failure from this *********** and irresponsible company. I am at my wits end truly disappointed nd depressed. Give me my car back Renew it randburg
