Renew it Randburg useless

I have received the worst service ever from Renew it Randburg. My car went in last year to be fixed, October. It was not fixed up to standard. Ntando who was my consultant at first was useless. He also kept on promising my car would be ready then it was not. My triplets was new borns at that stage so I had to keep on making alternative arrangements for someone to help me with them as my car was never ready when promised. I then got it back but the workmanship was extremely poor. There are marks all over the car inside from dirty hands etc. on the roof. Paint marks inside the boot. Door panels that have been scratched etc. from them doing the repairs. I have followed up numerous times and they keep on saying they will get back to me including the branch manager Eddie. Who I have asked to please phone me. They were paid over 70000 rand and I paid an access to them but 8 months later I’m still waiting. I would advise no one to ever use Renew it. I have never in my life received bad service like this.
