Renew-It Randburg service is shumbles
I have been trying to get an update on my call and I'm always told the consultant Lorna is with a client or she is outside. I ask for the manager and I'm told he will call back and it never happens.
The service in this place has deteriorated and their customer service is just embarrassing. It's like they have too much work than they can handle.
