Renew-it Randburg, Panel beaters, took my fuel tank flap, and simply don’t respond.

Renew-it, Randburg, is the company that did the panel beating on my car’s front bumper. When I got home with my repaired car, I found they had removed the flap over the fuel tank, which is located on the diagonally opposite end of the vehicle, which means it had nothing whatsoever to do with the repair work.

I immediately phoned to chat to them about it, and spoke to Marco, the person who I had dealt with and was in the management role concerning my car repair. He did not acknowledge that there was a problem at all, but said he’d ring back. He has still not done so, despite repeated calls from me. My car is thus still without a fuel flap.

In addition, right at the onset, things went wrong. Although Renew-it had arranged to collect my vehicle, they simply did not pitch up. In spite of numerous attempts to contact them, I was unable to get through. I ultimately took the car in myself.

I have made repeated attempts to contact them, and find them utterly indifferent to my complaint and to my attempts to contact them to sort it out.
