Renew-it Randburg more like Wreck-It Randburg

In May 2023, I had a claim for a sunroof and boot spoiler replacement as well as paint work on my VW Arteon. The vehicle had gone to Renew-it Randburg. The day I went to collect the car after the repairs were done, I notices that the sunroof was not aligned to the roof and the boot spoiler was not placed flush on the boot. After taking the car back twice, the alignment of the boot spoiler and sunroof was corrected but to date the sunroof is still not correctly aligned. Then, when I used my satellite navigation, the maps were not correct. I told the panel beater and they said that they connected everything back the way it was. When I took the vehicle to VW, they said that when the car was repaired, the satellite navigation aerial was damaged. By now I have had to take the car to the panel beater twice after repairs and leave it at VW for a week. Then after collecting it from VW, I noticed paint drops at the edge of the roof which means that the respray was not done properly. I informed the panel beater about this and told them that now I would like a courtesy vehicle when I bring the car in. That was in December 2023 and to date I have not heard back from the panel beater. It seems that their after repair service is pathetic. As long as they get paid, they are happy and forget about the customer.
