Renew-it Randburg is a joke!

The service I've received at Renew-it Randburg is total bull****! I called Anya on Friday she wasn’t in, I requested a call back no one called me, I called your office I was told someone would call me but nothing. I called this morning I was told she isn’t in today, I left a message to be called back and still nothing.

I have the following issues with my car:

- The inside of the door came out again as it wasn’t *****ed in tightly

- I can’t lock my door with my key, I prefer central locking and then locking it again for safety reasons which I feel you can understand.

- There’s a sound from the driver's side when driving, I don’t know what’s going on but this needs to be looked at ASAP.

I really need assistance here with getting my car fixed as I paid the full access amount and was told to contact you if I have an issue. I’m trying to get assistance here because this shouldn’t be happening at all. Please assist ASAP.
