Renew It-Randburg - Disgusting and **** Vehicle Repair Centre

My car has been at this repair centre for more than 2 months, i was told that my vehicle will be ready before they close on the 14th December 2020. At the 11th hour I recieved a call from Sophia that advised there is now something wrong the gearbox (which had nothing wrong before) I also cant understand why this wasn't checked whilst the vehicle was been moved between departments? I was also told that a senior manager would call me, which has also not happened. this place is full of lies and delay tactics. They don't seem to have a system in place. I would advise anybody to stay away from this panel beaters and i will advise my insurance of the same. I fear to see the quality of the workmanship solely based on alot of other reviews I have read about Renew It - Randburg.
