Renew-it Randburg disgusting.

Our insurance claim was approved on 27.02.2020. At this point we were told to use renew it panelbeaters. On the 03.03.2020 I contacted them and requested that they let me know when the parts are available and I would bring the car in. Patricia specifically told me that they had all the parts for the car and I could drop it off. This we did. When we dropped it off they said it is a small job and would take only about 10 days. After following up with them I was told on the 10.03.2020 that the car was in for panelbeating. This was a week later. Finally on the 15th March I contacted them again to find out what was happening with my car. I was told it would be ready by Thursday 18.03.2020. on Thursday 18.03.2020 I phoned again. To be told that the car was in panelbeating. I was furious as it was supposed to be completed yet at this stage they tell me they ordered the wrong doors, needless to say they said the car would be ready on Wednesday 24.03.2020. So what have they been panelbeating for 2 weeks? On Friday 19.03.2020 they sent me a message to say the car has only just gone to the paint preparation stage. Stage 2 of 5. This is now 3 weeks later and still no end in sight. Today I contacted Patricia again only to be told that the car might????? Be ready on Friday 26.03.2020. but no guarantee. So I asked for a courtesy car as my insurance hired car is to be returned. I was told that they do not have any courtesy cars available and that they would let me know later in the week if they have one. Well the car is supposed to be ready on Friday so how is it possible to get a courtesy car when I should be fetching my own car? This is the most disgusting service ever, the lies and deceit are unbelievable. I have no idea why insurance companies are sending clients to this business. Once your car is in there you will never get it out.
