Renew It Randburg damaged my vehicle

I would like to express my utmost dissatisfaction and irritation at the level of service provided by Renew It - Randburg. After being involved in an accident in June 2015, my vehicle was returned to me with scratches to the left tail light and front passenger window that were not there before the accident and could not have possibly been incurred in the accident. After raising my concerns regarding these scratches, an agent from Renew It assured me that the scratched parts would be replaced once the replacement parts had been ordered. Several months later and I have tried many times to contact the agent to no avail. My calls have not been returned a single time, neither from the agent nor from their help desk through which I escalated my query. My annoyance is not only at the blatant carelessness with which my vehicle was handled, but also with the lack of seriousness with which clients and their concerns are taken by Renew It Randburg.
