Renew-it Randburg Are Useless
Had a claim through Miway and the car stood at Renew-it for 3 months while the insurance company wasted our time with back and forth phone calls and emails. The car was towed to Tuger Wheel and Tyre and when my son collected the car - the face plate for the radio was missing and the cubby hole was lying on the floor of the passenger seat. I personally sent an email and phoned Renew-it with NO RESPONSE. My son went to their offices and they claim nobody gave authorisation for the stripping of the car and they will look and see if they can find the face plate. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO RENEW-IT
