Renew-it Randburg and Help 24 failed to resolve my query

When I initially posted my complaint on Hellopeter about Renew-it and Help24 about 2 months ago, Renew-it promised to resolve my complaint but till to date they have resolved the issue nor released my car from their premises. My car was towed to Renew-it venue by Help24 without my authorization on 14th July 2018. When I went to fetch my car I was told I must pay R9642.75 for two days storage, security including the towing for a 6 km distance (Northriding to Randburg). Since then, I have suffered a loss of income, emotional stress. Management of Renew-it have not even made attempt to resolve the issue with their contractual partner Help24.
