Renew-it ********** service and empty promises

It has been 2 years since I received my vehicle back from Renew-it Randburg in an unacceptable condition. They did a repair to the radiator and the bumper. They paintwork is yellow in colour compared to the pearl white colour of my car. In fact, it is so bad that we buy cars didn't want to buy my car because of the poor repair that has been done. My PDC is not working. My temperature control is not working. (This was in a working condition at the time that my car went in for repairs). I spoke to Sebastian one of the managers a month ago. He said that he would immediately get back to me as he understands my frustration. I never heard from him after the call. I am calling my insurance to red flag Renew-it. As they have been paid in full for a repair that has not been done. I am utterly disgusted by your service. I am a single mother, I paid for a rental car for 2 months whilst you were "fixing" my vehicle. I was hospitalized at the time when my car was "done". My friend picked up my car for my When he informed me of all the errors on my vehicle I sply couldn't rent a car any longer and needed transpart to get back to work.
