Renew IT breaks things that they were not even repairing , after that its your responsibility to fix . worst service DONT TRY THEM

Our car was involved in an accident on the 1st of July 2018 Renew IT was fixing it , when the car came back both the radio and battery were dead. The radio and battery worked perfectly fine before the accident and while fixing the damages caused by the accident they did not work on the radio and battery according to Marco who was incharge and assisting, He also advised that they can only fix the radio as they have many fuses laying around and the cost of fixing it is much lower than that of getting a battery . I find this very ridiculous as we now have a liability of a battery that they wont fix due to its cost . I was advised to talk to Eddie who is the manager there , however he is always on the line nomater how many times i call in a day and advising that they will have him call me back of which i have not received his call now for over a week ,

When taking a car for repairs , I expected it to be as it was before the accident and not to have other things not working or broken , even worse things that werent being worked on . I will give this piece of information to everyone i know to NEVER EVER take their car to Renew IT Randburg to avoid such disappointments
