RECEIVED CAR BACK DAMAGED

I took my car in end of last year for a repair. It took them over a month to give my car back, I had to follow up consistently with them during the whole process. After I had received my car back, I had to replace small ***** covers, pay for wheel alignments and the car has been in twice already back at this repairer, for paint errors renew it had made, additional scratches and missing small variables. Till to date I have still not yet received any feedback regarding additional repairs to my roof scratches and solvent popping paint on my door that occurred at renew it Randburg during my repair. I have sent numerous communication, requests etc. There is so much more that occurred but I am not granted enough characters to explain the complete situation. I need someone of a higher authority to intervene and assist me to get this resolved. The level of service is unacceptable and **********. I will never use this repairer again.
