RE NEW IT RANDBURG THE WORST PLACE EVER

I was sent to re newit by my insurance budget to have an accident damage repairs,that was last year November the car was with them for 3 weeks and nothing was done on the car because the number plate was still with the damage that went with,2 months down the line I'm having issues with the same things they took the car to the dealership and sent them the quotebof the things that needed to be replaced,today they are saying the only thing that is suppose to be replaced it's service related,after 8 days of having the cat with them and no feedback from the head assessor who i was originally sent to Mr Gabriel,no service at all sent tons of email,not even once did he reply or contact me,It sediment matter what you say on the email they do jot respond at all,the feedback I got this morning they were waiting for the warranty manager and now the is nothing they are going to fix on the car as it's serviceable parts.I do not know why budget still deals with this guys because the is no service at all.
