Poor Workmanship and Quality Control Checks

My car came in for repairs at Renew it Randburg. <br> It took quite a while for it to be repaired.<br> I get a call to say it is ready and i rush during my lunch break to fetch it.<br> <br> I go to pick it up and note the following:<br> The car has not been washed properly. The mats are dirty in the drivers seat (messed with footprints and some sort of powder residue) The back mats are left on the seats. <br> The car is a little dusty.<br> The mirror they have replaced does not have the carbon fibre cover as the original mirror. <br> The glass for the mirror they replace is dirty,<br> The left door on which the mirror was replaced still has dents on it. <br> My car appears to battle to start. Appears to be the battery. (It was fine before it went in)<br> <br> i do not understand what all the Quality Control checks were for if they could not detect any of this. <br> <br> I am extremely disappointed with the service here.<br> I called several times to get through to the agent who assisted me.(Call cut on me as i was put on hold)<br> Someone attempted to call me from the branch on Friday, i answered, they said hello a few times and then cut the call.<br> I have emailed the branch as well as the email on the website,<br> <br>
