Poor Workmanship

<p>I collected my Vehicle from Renew-it Auto in strijdom park today after it being there for nearly 2 months. </p> <p>I was told that the repair would take 10-12 days to complete, after a month I was told that they were still waiting for parts. I drive a VW Golf mk1 how difficult is it to find parts for the most popular car in SA. After weeks of delays on various parts for my vehicle I finally got a call to collect, after collecting the Vehicle and inspecting it I then noticed that there was damage that was done to the door that was not there when I dropped my car off, There is ugly overspray in the interior of the front door, the front door now does not lock at all(bearing in mind it is a VW) it can get stoled at any time even while locked.</p> <p>I am terribly dissapointed in the workmanship on my vehicle, My customer service representitive Brian Pillay did the best he could always keeping in touch and giving me feedback which I appreciated. But as for Renew-IT, I will never recommend them to anybody as their work is just amatuer considering the amount they charge for their repairs. </p> <p> </p> <p>PS: They do not even use genuine parts when repairing their vehicles, the fender that was replaced on my vehicle seems as though it was made of a tin can compared to the one from the factory.</p>
