Poor Workmanship

<p>When I close my car's bonnet the pipe that feeds water to the windscreen sprayers now gets caught between the bonnet and the side panel and hangs outside the car. Lovely work. The hooter is also not working properly. Sounds like an teenager whose voice is breaking. Naomi is good at one thing and one thing only and that is lying when she does bother to phone which was once in the time my car was at Renew-it. The rest of the time it took phoning and asking for a manager to phone me back to get her to return a call - Clearly managers aren't capable of returning phone calls either. Misaligned panels and general poor workmanship as well as zero customer service is what is to be expected at Renew-it.</p>
