Poor workmanship

I took my vehicle for repairs and paint work isn’t 100% , I have a very funny sound when I’m driving over 110km/h , now I tried to open my Bonnet only to discover there isn’t a hook opener in front by the Bonet , now I’m stuck with a bonnet which doesn’t close completely , there is overspray on plastics as well I’m not sure if the vehicle went through inspection and quality assessment . Im very much disappointed and frustrated about these whole situation
