Poor service zero professionalism

For the second time my car was this type it took more than 30days to get the car fixed my claim was approved on 21st of November 2017 and I had to fight to get my car on the 29th of December. Not only that but when I received my car not all was done and. The worst of it all water, steering oil and break fluid. On taking my car I told them I am travelling with the car on my way to kimberley I free realise that. My biggest concern is my car motor I worried about it. Pathetic service from the company. I have never have a good once off repair from Renew it.
