Poor service Renew-IT Randburg

I took in my Polo Tsi with very small dents from a minor accident, Sophia told me my car would only take 7 to 10 working days, on the 10th day she doesn't even bother to call and update me but when I called in she said she is going to order parts and it would take another 5 days to fix it, this is very poor service delivery coming from such a big organization. I wouldn't recommend RenewItT Randburg to anyone.
