Poor service. Poor turn around time. No response!!

Renew-it Randburg it has been a month with my car. Literally just needs to be sprayed and new wheels and yet it has taken them 3 weeks and still nothing. I see additional quotes is their ammo. I literally had to physically drive an hour to get to their place cause they are not answering their calls and Prisca is my consultant she had forgotten about my case. I have even contacted my insurer (Iwyze) to chase up on them. I even said if it was another branch it’ll probably be done this is just the bad bunch. I. Want. My. Car!
