Poor service is an understament when it comes to renew it.

<p>My car was towed to the renew it centre in Randburg on the 25th of Aprill 2017 after i had been in an accident. On the 5th of May insurance (Budget Insurance) authorisied my claim and give renew the go ahead to fix my car. I had to wait another 3 days for a service consultant by the name of Lana to contact me and inform me about how they are going to proceed going foward. She informed that it would take 15 -20 working days after receiving new parts to fix the car. I than asked the lady to keep me posted. She didnt. I called them on the 23rd of may to find out the progress . She told me they only received the parts on the 15th and there is 4 other cars in line ahead of mine to go into a machine called the bench. And that she would try to organise a courtesy car for me. She said she will call no Friday that same week.well she didnt. On monday the 29th of may i called this lady again to find out the progress of my car and the coutesy car she had promised me. She than told me my car will be ready by the 12th of june and that she still doesn'thave a coutesy car for me. ITs been more than a month my car hasnt beem touched. This morning i called her and she told me that my car is still in line MEANING THEY STILL HAVENT TOUCHED MY CAR. Today is exactly month after Bugdet had authorised my claim and my car is still not fixed. What upsets me the most is i have to be the one calling to find out. My service consultant is not providing me with service at all. I have laid a complaint with Budget and im still waiting for feedback. This is disgusting.</p>
