Poor Service

Hi there! inadequate service It was "suppose to be trusted penal beater" Renewit Randburg. My car door's repairs and paint job appear to be going well for the time being. However, they continued to delay the estimated date three times, same excuse, "wrong parts ordered" how is that possible when they have VIN number, until I had to go to the branch to pick up my car. Regardless of how often I call, they never return my calls or emails. During my visit, they had to work on my car. When I visited their branch, five angry customers came in to complain about the poor service. As I waited for my automobile, I became anxious while simultaneously listening to other people's complaints. I'm not sure why insurance is still partnering with them. My car was shining on the outside but very dirty inside, the seat yoh a mess. Insurance company and Renew it they lost another client, am gone.
