Poor service and bad workmanship

Firstly I would like to say the service at this particular company was pathetic they took ages to fix my car then when it came back it had more scratches than when it went in they did not replace the block out on the windows when I enquired they said it would be done in a weeks time it's been 4 weeks and I haven't been contacted by them the car has also come back with so much of rattles I'm so frustrated with renew it randburg they really messed my car up
