Poor Service
My vehicle was repaired by Renew it Ranburg for headlights replacement. After collecting the vehicle i realised that one globe was dim, i went back to replace it they told me they dont know why the light is blue because their using second hands lights. They told me they replaced it again with new one from VW but still i have problems with my lights, one light is Dim even today

Thanks for responding, i was called by your service team to visit the Panel Beater so they can replace the faulty/ light bulbs, i went there on the 23rd of November and collected the vehicle on the 24th.
Now the issue is even worse because the new lights are very dim i cannot see at night, even the bright is the same as the very dim normal lights, I'm tired of visiting your workshop almost every day for such a small matter. The vehicle was not involved in an accident it was just a replacement of the whole lights.
It cost me money to always travel to your workshop and the issue is not being resolved is even getting worse. My insurance already paid you guy and now your ignoring me. Now i cant even ask at work to come and bring the car again because they dont believe me, i went to your workshop more than 3 times with the same issue. All you need to do is replace the globes/lights with the originals from VW or if your penal beater cannot replace headlights they must go to VW and ask them to do it for them. Stop using secondhand or **** headlights! Do the right thing please.hopefully this will be my last visit to your workshop. This time, I hope you will make sure everything is done correctly, It's not like my car wrecked and has problems; it's just a basic headlight replacement!
