Poor Service

I had a car accident on the 9th of December 2015 and my car was towed to Renew it Radburg, referred to them by my insurance Auto and General. I got a call from them beginning of January and they said my car is in penalbeating. Eight weeks later still haven't received my car,I get told the same story every week and no one even has the decency to call me back. I'm ****ed at the level of service I'm getting both from Auto and General and Renew it.
