poor customer service, disrespecting and arrogance

my car has been with randburg renew-it for almost for 4 months now and when you ask them when can you come collect the car they also dont know , they will tell you that they 'pushing'. its shocking how they treat their customers, i dont know how many times they've **** to me saying ,the car will be ready 'this week' and the following week they kept on saying the same thing. its disappointing how they treat customers and the arrogance, I've learned a lesson. if you want get your car fixed and avoid unnecessary headache stay away from randburg renew-it.
