Poor Customer Service

My car has been with Renew-It Randburg for the past 5 weeks. The feedback is poor and so is the customer service. The website is not active, they do not pick up their calls and their so-called [URL Removed] which is claimed to be another alternative way to trace your vehicle progress is not responsive. I have been trying to contact them and I am always advised that Bryon/Brian is responsible for giving me feedback will call me back but I have only heard from him twice since my car has been with them. This is no way to conduct business as their delay, unresponsiveness and shabby service is costing me money!!
