Persistently incomplete repair

Following a crash my car - Hyundai Sonata - was taken to Renew-it. Upon second (of 5 returns) the workshop **** to the front office liason saying the car was not yet washed but would be ready shortly. 5 hours later it was clear that the repair to the wing mirror housing had not yet been done - one of the reasons it was returned for in the first place. This work was being done while I waited. Subsequently, issues of concern - clanking sound when braking, proximity sensor faulty, thermometer was not connected to system electronics - subsequently identified as not being replaced at all. Damage was to the bottom of the car. The sesnsor was actually absent ad was ripped out at the time of the crash. The clanking sound was found to be related to the engine mounting - and a part of this was later replaced. Was a dangerous oversight as it turns out. Workshop manager Craig was told about the absent sensor - no call from him or anyone else yet. According to the liason (Lana) , management are too ?fraid' to speak with me about my dissatisfaction. Whatever the reason, not one manager has contacted me despite numerous calls from me. Maybe now I will get a response of some sort
