Pathetic service such a dissapinting company

I had an accident in the beginning of Dec , at the time i was by myself, panicked and the norm when you are in an accident . only 1 tow truck was at the scene, which was A1 assist , also another ****py company . My Hyundai was towed there , since i was told they are Hyundai's's re-assessment centre . my car was stored there for just a month , while keeping in contact with Gabriel the assessor , eventually i was ready to take my car out, not only did i pay a ridiculous amount to take my car out, but only to realise that this company has ******* , i understand if you remove and ***** valuables, but my first aid kit and my Hyundai manual , really?? This company is so un -professional its shocking , i had just confirmed that , when i looked at this page with no compliments about this messed up company . close your branch don't be a disappointment to your clients.
