Pathetic service

I told Help 24 NOT to tow my bakkie to Renew-IT Randburg as this is too far from my house and the next week I got a phone call from Renew-IT that my bakkie was there. Gone through the bakkie with a senior estimator to look at what needed to be done and one of the problems was the rims which I was told that the insurance is happy to repair it. Eventually everything was approved by the insurance. I received a few sms to tell me what the progress is and then it just gone dead. I then started phoning and everytime I was told soemone will phone me back which never happened, then I asked to speak to one of the managers and I was promised that my bakkie will be delivered which was but with a few things not done. Took my bakkie back the next day the to show them and was told to return it the next week. The headlight was fixed but the rims and my tonneau cover was not. They sprayed the back of the bakkie and left the tonneau cover on so now it looks like it was in the sun for 20 years. Eventually I had to take my bakkie back for the rims and was told that I will get it back on the Friday......phoning them the whole Friday and again was promised to be phone back which never happened. They dont give me an answer about my tonneau cover which they stuffed up and I still dont have my bakkie. Worst service ever received
