Pathetic service

i had my car door resprayed at renew-it Randburg In September 2014. I was in rush when i collected my car as i was late for work.<br> They told me if there was any problems i could bring the car right back and they would sort it out.<br> when i arrived at work, I noticed they had sanded down the spoiler on my car. so i immediately went back to them and they just told me they're busy with another client and that they will contact me.<br> when i came back to them again to show them the problem, I was told that it was sun faded but when i asked them how sun fade leaves a sand paper grain, they said they will get back to me.<br> it's been 9 months since then and 7 months since they've ignored my mails and calls.<br> I don't understand how bad a company's service can be.<br> they claimed to have proof that the car was like that when it came in but when i requested to see the photo, it doesn't show anything at all. When i took my car for a service 3 months after the incident, the mechanics asked me why i would sand down my car spoiler and leave it like that.<br> i will never ever go near any Renew-it ever again and i have already told everyone i can to stay away from such a shady panelbeater
