Pathetic Dishonesty

<p>My vehicle was sent to Renew-it Randburg by my insurer Budget Insurance on the 27 January 2016, today the 6 May 2016 i still do not have my vehicle back. After countless back and forth calls and lies being exposed like the reason my car took this long to be fixed is because the engine had to be replaced and then apparently it wasn't - who knows what the truth is between the Insurer and the Supplier, no one is taking any responisbility thereof. Furthermore today I sent an email to both Lana and Rodney, asking them to please send a complete breakdown of what it is they fixed on my vehicle, not once have either responded or given me a call. Pathetic Service from a company which calls itself AT YOUR SERVICE and Budget Insurance is not innocent in it either, refusing to take responsibility for their own supplier's behaviour. Suddenly I went from being told Friday morning that my vehcile would only be ready at the end of May, to being ready for collection that same Friday evening. They have a customer who is extremely upset with cause because of the way they handled this entire situation and they have no interest in rectifying! I'm supposed to collect the car then return it end of May then collect it again! what nonsense is that?! Pathetic of both Budget and Renew it! Shameful customer service!!!</p>
