Pathetic business

My insurance took the car for repairs after an accident , they ashamedly put 2 different head lights. I notice and took the car back . I visited them several times for a year and all they clocks tell me the lies. They called me after 1 and 1/2 years that they are going to fix the light . I took my car in and asked the how long it would take , the manager told me it will take 1 day, after a week they told me the car is fixed and the driver picked me up. To my shock, the car was as I took it, the light was not fixed but they kept saying their agent fixed it , they did not bother checking what they have done. when I asked the manager what they have done with my car for a week , she told me that she has to go and buy things for her daughter she will rather call another manager . The other manager asked what was supposed to be done , he did not even know anything concerning the issue . I left their office .
