Non-existent customer service and personal items missing

My vehicle went into the Re-new it, Randburg branch on 29 January 2018. It was there until 18 March 2018. Throughout this period it was almost impossible to get feedback on the status of my car. My contact there was a lady called Vinolia and she was never telephonically available. I left countless messages, and she hardly returned any of them. When I collected my car on 18 March 2018 I realised my car radio wasn’t working anymore. It worked fine when I dropped it off. On my return home I also saw my cubbyhole was empty. I didn’t leave any items of value there, but my car service book was in there. I immediately phoned them to alert them of this. I wasn’t able to go back to the branch that week so I asked them to courier my belongings to me. They said this wasn’t a problem and would be done the next day. I waited a week. Phoned and left messages for Vinolia, which weren’t returned. Eventually I was transferred to the security department who took my delivery address down and said it would be sent. I waited again. Nothing. After a few more days I phoned again and was told that they had lost my delivery address (but never bothered to phone me to get it again). I asked Vinolia what the process is with regards to cubbyhole contents. She explained that when the car is booked in the contents are removed for safe-keeping. Which is understandable. I asked her when they return them, as one would expect this to happen when the car is collected. She said they are returned only upon customer’s request. So only once the customer realises they are missing are they returned. I decided to rather go in to collect the items and for them to fix my radio. I went in on 13 April 2018. Vinolia handed me a packet with contents. My car service book was not in there – but there were some belongings which weren’t mine. Some cd’s with masking tape on them, and another car registration written on there. Clearly there was a mix-up somewhere. They also couldn’t see what was wrong with my radio and now I have to book it in again so that they can take it to a radio fitment centre. The repair of the actual damage was done well, but the experience dealing with the employees and the faulty audio system is VERY unsatisfactory. This process has been painful and I would not recommend anyone to use their services.

I don't blame you for this generic automated reply. There are so many complaints about Re-New it Randburg on Hello Peter. My registration number is VZR 274GP. I look forward to an actual human response.
