No feedback on vehicle repairs_Delay in completing repairs

I have one of the worst treatment since Renew-It Randburg was given repair authorisation for my car on 22 July 2016 by MiWay. Starting with Renew-It denying having recieved the authorisation from the MiWay (Claims Advisor- Kefiloe) when I called them on the 26th July 2016. The email had to be resent on the 26th July by Miway clearly showing that the email was origionally sent on the 22nd July 2016, wasting a valuable 2 working days. From the day Renew-It commenced with repairs I have gotten absolutely no feedback/communication on progress unless if I call them. The online tracking on the website my vehicle only moved stages after I had phoned to enquire why vehicle is stuck at a particular stage. Currently my vehicle has been stuck at "assembling" stage on Renew-It website tracking tool for past 18 working days. My most recent call to enquire about this lengthy delay was on the 15th July 2016. Only to be told that there is an outstanding part which is awaited- if I had not called when was I going to be told this information?? To make matters worse they could not even tell me how much longer to get this part and how much longer to finish repairs (surely in today's technologically advanced world estimated timelines should be easy to calculate, why is it difficult to do this?) . 4 days later no one has bothered to contact me about the estimated timelines i requested on 15th August 2016. I called again today in the morning, i was told i will be called back because Colin was in a meeting, but Renew-It has not bothered to return my call. No commitment of when they will complete my vehicle repairs, this repair was meant to take 14 working days and 19 working days have passed already still nothing. Can someone from Renew-It please take responsibility and manage the repair process and communicate with me what the state of play is. This vehicle is used by my wife for work - what happens now that you are over the 14 days timelines for repair. My wife needs to be mobile to work, can you please adress this situation urgently because this delay is inconvient and expensive for me. My call this morning which was not returned I wanted to request that you at the very least provide a Curtesy vehicle in the meantime. I think this is a fair request under the circumstances.
