No communication

I took my car to Renew it Randburg for Panelbeating and i was supposed to be assisted by Kershan or Zeyn, its been 23 days no one has called me to give me an update on the panel beating progress, whenever I call i hold for over 30 minutes because \there's a high call volume\" and when i get through none of these service specialist are available to assist me.<br> I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company they are pathetic."
