Nine weeks and waiting

Car is booked with Renew-It for repairs second week in January. I asked for a courtesy vehicle which they said I could have, but there was a waiting period of about two weeks. I accepted this. Every time I phoned it was said that I had to wait another week or so, but I would be called as soon as a car became available. After about six weeks and still not delivering on their promise to help me with a vehicle, I phoned again and was told the lady working with the fleet is not working there anymore. So I fell to the back of the queue again, but was told that a vehicle would be available end of last week. Nine weeks later and still no vehicle. I will most definitely NOT be taking my vehicle to Renew-It and will not recommend them to anybody. I am sure my insurance company can refer me to somebody that actually values clients and deliver on their promises.
