Never, never! And never again.

I would like to say thank you to Jacqueline, she was very kind and above all she was for getting my car done right ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. And thank you to her colleagues for offering tea, coffee or water whilst I waited to be assisted, it's small things that matter, it shows they care for their clients.

Unfortunately Jacqueline doesn't work in the workshop she's at the front, getting the beating from unhappy customers like me because someone else is doing a sloppy job in their workshop. The workmanship is shocking, it's terrible. I dropped off my hail damaged car on the 11th of January 2024 and on the 23rd May 2024 I took collection of the car for the last time. They really wasted my time, my car still has tons of fresh overspray amongst other things. They worked on my car and "expected me to do their quality control checks", throughout this period. I had to keep returning the car because it was not painted right; it also had a lot of overspray and other things were damaged/scratched in the process of removing dents and painting. I must say, for a company at this scale, I was not expecting such a mediocre service. I went there countless times to fetch my car as they would say they are done working on it, to only find that the stuff I was not happy with was not ever attended to, the car would at times just sit there and gather dust. And for Justin to start swearing at the workers in front of me because the car had to be painted and repainted countless times, that was just disrespectful to me as a client and abuse to the workers. I then realized that I am in a hopeless situation with my car. The worst part was when they kept disputing that a damage or overspray happened at their workshop. My car is old, but I didn't deserve to be treated like they are doing me a favor by working on it. The other mirror extension that they broke clips on, unfortunately I'll have to replace or fix it myself, I finally took the car because I eventually ran out of patience honestly!, 4 months of this endless nightmare. The workshop failed to even mask or remove easily removable panels to avoid scuffing and overspray, I am to believe that there is no workshop manager and there is no QCC process. If anyone has "too much patience" or time to waste, they should take their car there. But expect it to look like it was worked on from somewhere under a tree.
