My vechile is at renew it for 2 months

Hi my vechile was in an accident late December . On the 8 th jan my insurance approved the repair , renew it told me it would take 21 days , it's the 24 of February and I have not recieved my vechile as yet. I also asked them to send to ford for approval that was not even done. Terrible service
