My service agent Thembi, was absolutely amazing

My service agent Thembi, was absolutely amazing. From the day she introduced herself, she was kind to me and helpful. She sent frequent updates and on the day I fetched the car, she and the team I found there gave me the warmest welcome. My car was fixed less than 2 weeks after my insurance approved the claim. My car was returned clean and its as if I was never in an accident.
