My Hilux had to go in for some repair work to the bonnet. From the word go, Prisca managed the process and she managed our relationship. She was professional throughout but also full of fun (when it was appropriate). Her approach turned an otherwise miserable job that had to be done into a rather enjoyable experience. The work that Renew-It did has restored my vehicle to what it should be. I’m very happy with the interaction I have just had with them.
