My car is nowhere near ready - a month later

So my car was sent to renew it Randburd on the 16th of November, granted they could not do anything on the car until they got approval from First for Women, which per my previous post, they took their own precious time to get the approval sorted. however, based on my interactions with the person assigned to my incident, my car has not even gone in for panel beating, more than two weeks after they got the go ahead from the insurance company, apparently there is a queuing system, but my contention is why do we send cars to companies where there is no capacity. The lady assigned to my case keeps telling me that they will take 20 days, and by the sounds of it she wants to give me my car in the exact 20 days per their policy, my car was driveable, the only thing is the bumper and front light, so why I have to wait 20 days like its some bizarre mechanical issue that needs specialists is beyond me. Worst of it, they are not giving me a courtesy car in the meanwhile they drag their feet, how am I suppose to go to work and run my errands? this is beyond ridiculous. Also, this consultant that I has been assigned to my case never really gives me updates, I generally have to call first most of the time.
