Most Pathetic Service Ever

I had my car repaired at Renew-IT Strijdom Park. What was supposed to be a minor repair has proven to be a nightmare. My car has been to their workshop 4 times already and still the workmanship has been of the worst standards. I've engaged with different managers who each promised that my car will be sorted but they failed to ensure that it will be properly done. It seems as if cars are just sent in and out of the workshop without quality control doing their job. To top it all up, I had a pair of shoes that were removed from my car and now they are \missing". My service adviser has tried her best to make sure that my car gets sorted out but unfortunately she is let down by lazy people who work in the workshop. I will never ever take any of my cars to Renew-It ever again and won't recommend them to anyone else. My car has spent more days in their workshop than at home in the past 2 months. They simply can't deliver on good workmanship. Poor repaint"
