Lies and abuse

<p>On the 8th of June Renew- it Randburg Collected my car with the promise that it would be fixed within 14 days- when chedecking the process online my car repairs were on the same process for more than 12 days and is still on the process- I complained to my insurance and Renew it promised to provide me with a courtesy car on the 31st of June in the morning this was around 16 days of them having my car and not doing anything (fixing it ) I then waiting for this car the WHOLE day on the 31st with them not communicating that they won't deliver the car- this was after I sent back the car i was using because it was hire, this left me stranded without transportbecause the agreement was 14 WORKING DAYS, I called them at 4pm and they gave me the excuse that the person who had the car didn't bring it back and they'll deliver it the next day first thing in the morning. Today the person that promised to deliver the courtesy car EDDY is not answering my calls. im frustrated with this whole situation is it taxing finacailly and empty promised are costantly being made.</p>
