Lana's conduct was exceptional through out the process

<p>my car was towed into renewi it on the 18th of August and they kept my car until the 19th and i was not happy however Lana assisted me in getting the vehicle back and was cal the whole time i was shouting and she went the extra mile to make sure i got the car back. I am happy withe way the car was repaired.</p>
