Lana Adams - Great Customer Experience

<p>I recently had my car taken in to Renew- It in Randburg to be fixed after a mishap. The Customer Service Agent who assissted me was Lana Adams- what a God sent. She practically held my hand through the whole process from point 1 to point 5. I hounded her everyday because i was so anxious about getting my car back as my car hire days had expired, but she never lost her patience with me, she was empathetic about my situation, called and emailed me as my car moved through to the various stages, even when not much progress had been made she called to tell me what was going on. I fetched my car on the 4th , gettting there a bit late because of traffc and she waited for me...she didnt have to but she did. When i met her i had to hug her because i felt that i knew her so well now :) Thank you so much Lana for your exceptional service, my car drives well and looks brand new. You trullu understand what it means to keep clients happy. I hope Renew -it values you .</p>
