Lack of service

Complete lack of service. My car has been with them for 2 months now for hail damage and it is still not fixed. They always provide vague feedback. When you phone no one is available. Every time I speak to someone I get told it will get prioritized, but then nothing happens. I leave several messages to be called urgently, which just gets ignored.
